NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of June, 2019, and entered in Case No. 51-2018-CA-002512-CAAX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and MARIA MERCHANT; AQUA FINANCE, INC.; CARMEL FINANCIAL CORP; MEADOW OAKS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC; THE RESERVE AT MEADOW OAKS PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 20th day of August, 2019, at 11:00 AM on PASCO County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
