YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to quiet title to the following real property, lying and being situated in Lee County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:

A tract or parcel of land lying in Lot 16, Block 1, Subdivision in the S 1/2 of Section 4, Township 44 South, Range 25 East, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 1 at page 53 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, which tract or parcel is described as follows:
From the southeast corner of Jones Court, a resubdivision of part of Lot 17, Block 1 of said subdivision in the S 1/2 of Section 4, as shown on plat recorded in Plat Book 14 at Page 116 of said public records run N°32 07'30” W along the line common to said Lots 16 and 17 for 390 feet to the southeasterly line of Garcia Avenue as shown on said plat of Jones Court; thence continue N32° 07'30”W for 20 feet to an intersection with the southeasterly side of an alley 20 feet wide shown on said plat of said subdivision in the S 1/2 of Section 4; thence N 57°52'30”E along said southeasterly side of said alley for 330 feet to the northeast corner of said Lot 16; thence S 32°07'30”E along the northeasterly line of said Lot 16 for 345 feet; thence S 57°52'30” W perpendicular to said northeasterly line for 33 feet; thence S 32°07'30”E parallel to said northeasterly line of Lot 16 for 65 feet to the southeasterly line of said Lot 16; thence S 57°52'30”W along said southeasterly line for 297 feet to the point of beginning.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Mark Evans Kass, Esquire Attorney, whose address is 1497 NW 7th Street, Miami, Florida 33125 on or before Aug 12, 2019, and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
