NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 8, 2018 in Civil Case No. 36-2017-CA-002262 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and DENNY G. RAGER, JR., et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9 day of August, 2019 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 802, PASEO, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2007000131860, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
