NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale - 7-3-19 or Final Judgment - 3-6-19, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-004106 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein MB FINANCIAL BANK, N.A., Plaintiff and Robyn Loges are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW. LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on September 4, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 1,312.59 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONTAINING 10.00 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS AND RESERVATIONS OF RECORD, IF ANY.
AND
AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS, OVER AND ACROSS THE WEST 20.00 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED TRACT:
THE WEST 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH 1,312.59 FEET THEREOF, WITH RIGHT TO IMPROVE SAID TRACT FOR USE BY PAVING OR OTHERWISE, TO THE EXTENT DEEMED NECESSARY BY THE EASEMENT HOLDER.
