To Defendants, the UNKNOWN TRUSTEES OF THE BRANDON CUMBERLAND PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH a/k/a/ HOPE CUMBERLAND PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, et al., and all others whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 27, 2019, in Case No.: 29-2018-CA-010428 in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit In and For Hillsborough County, Florida, in which CUMBERLAND PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH INVESTMENT LOAN PROGRAM, INC., is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN TRUSTEES OF THE BRANDON CUMBERLAND PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH a/k/a/ HOPE CUMBERLAND PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, et al., are the Defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property located in Hillsborough County:
The South 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 30, Township 29 South, Range 21 East, Less road right-of-way, Hillsborough County, Florida.
The above property will be sold on August 2, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, via electronic sale at https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
