NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2019, and entered in 17-CA-003438 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-CB1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CB1 is the Plaintiff and VANGUARD ALLIANCE, INC., AS TRUSTEE FOR: 1409 MOHRLAKE TRUST; KENDALL KIMHAN; HEATHER LAKES AT BRANDON COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 1409 MOHRLAKE TRUST are the Defendant(s).
