NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 11, 2019, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-007092 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and KEVIN T. RUSSO, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of August, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
