Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 3, 2019 by the County Court of HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida described as:
Lot 81 in Block 8 of AYERSWORTH GLEN, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 111, Page 166, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and commonly known as: 10840 Standing Stone Drive, Wimauma, FL 33598; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the HILLSBOROUGH County public auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on 23rd day of August, 2019 at 10:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
