NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 24, 2019, and entered in Case No. 29-2016-CA-003123 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Specialized Loan Servicing LLC, is the Plaintiff and NKTR LLC, as Successor Trustee, under the 8414 N. Jones Land Trust dated February 12, 2016, Brompton Place Association, Inc, Nicole L. Meister a/k/a Nicole Lynn Vivo-Hill a/k/a Nicole Lynn Meister, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the August 1, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 4, BROMPTON PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
