BOOK 3832, PAGE 1490, AND FIRST AMENDMENT IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3291, PAGE 1927, AND RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3922, PAGE 1650 AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 54 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
