Lot 38, Block 1, PEBBLE CREEK VILLAGE, UNIT NO. 8, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 62, Page 37 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 9633 Norchester Circle, Tampa, Florida 33647 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
