NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-010809 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-EQ1, Plaintiff and Vangie Goldwire a/k/a Yangie Goldwire and Laura Louise Edenfield a/k/a Laura L. Edenfield, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on August 6, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
