The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest bidder for cash, on September 11, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. on Hillsborough County's Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statues. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Court. Final payment must be made by 12:00 p.m. the next business day.
