NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 16-CA-002927 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V-B, is Plaintiff and EDWIN RUBZIN ; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at public sale on August 20, 2019, at 10:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 48, BLOCK 1, HUNTERS GREEN, PARCEL 20, (WATERFORDE AT HUNTERS GREEN), ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 76, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
