NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2019, and entered in 18-003478-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMAPNY, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF GERALDINE WILLIAMS. DECEASED ; MICHAEL WILLIAMS; MARY HELEN WELCH ; STEPHEN WILLIAMS; CORNELL THORNTON; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; PATRIOT SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF ST. PETERSBURG, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 13, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NUMBER 187, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF PATRIOT SQUARE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, SECTION 2, A CONDOMINIUM, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN OR BOOK 4043, PAGE 936 ET SEQ., AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 46 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE CERTAIN AMENDMENTS RECORDED IN OR BOOK 4813, PAGE 682, OR 4909, PAGE 1633, OR 6937, PAGE 2208 AND OR 6937, PAGE 2261, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
