NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2019, and entered in Case No. 52-2016-CA-004351 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for First Horizon Alternative Mortgage Securities Trust 2006-AA8, is the Plaintiff and Black Point Assets, Inc., as Trustee under the 6180 59th Place North Land Trust dated December 1, 2013, Citibank, National Association, successor in interest to Citibank (South Dakota) N.A., HIBU Inc., f/k/a Yellow Book Sales and Distribution Company, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First Horizon Home Loan Corporation, Rick Berry, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the 6180 59th Place North Land Trust dated December 1, 2013, Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the July 31, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
