NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2019, and entered in 18-008407-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF BLANCHE KIZIK, DECEASED; SHANA GRANTHAM; IMPERIAL COVE CONDOMINIUM XII ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 21, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 4680, PAGE 1806 AND FURTHER AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 5108, PAGE 1850, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 3.33 1/31 SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
