NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and entered in the above styled case, wherein WESTLAKE VILLAGE CIVIC ASSOCIATION,INC., is the Plaintiff and TERENCE D. KELLY, is the Defendant, that the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on August 13th, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in an on-line sale at PINELLAS County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property:
