REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Starting Right, Now (SRN) is seeking sealed bids from a Licensed General Contractor for the furnishing of all materials and labor for the construction of a community garden, hangout deck, reconstruction of a covered walkway, beautification of a landscape and the installation of a basketball court to our non-profit transitional housing facility located at 4600 Haines Road N., St. Petersburg.

Please email [email protected] to request full bid packet. Sealed bids will be received at 1212 W Cass St. Tampa, Florida, until 4:00 p.m. on July 25, 2019.

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Treasurers Check or Bank Draft in a sum not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the Bid, as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into an agreement with the Owner if his bid is accepted. A Bid Bond is required for all contracts $150k or more. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Awards, if made, will be to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

This is a COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT project, funded through the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. Details regarding Federal Requirements are included in contract documents. Minority and Women Business Enterprises are encouraged to apply.
