Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 8, 2019, in Case No. 2018-CA-013041-O, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, in which SKY LAKE SOUTH HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and EGMAR MALDONADO, NATASHA VILLADA LOJA AND UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https:// www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on August 28, 2019, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 436, Sky Lake South Unit Three, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 7, Page(s) 25 and 26, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida,
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
