NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 8, 2019 in Civil Case No. 18000929CA, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, LOANDEPOT.COM, LLC D/B/A IMORTGAGE is the Plaintiff, and JASON BOWIE; ALLISON BOWIE; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Roger D. Eaton will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on August 7, 2019 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 56, 57, AND 58, AMENDED PLAT OF SOUTH PUNTA GORDA HEIGHTS AND ITS 1ST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 17-A THRU 17-D, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
