THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-8CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-8CB, is Plaintiff and ROBERTA PERRY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERTA PERRY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., are defendants. Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of Circuit Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 14TH day of AUGUST, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 47, MANATEE GARDENS THIRD SECTION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
