NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 10, 2019, and entered in Case No. 41-2018-CA-005899 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as indenture trustee, for the holders of the CIM Trust 2017-2, Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2017-2, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against Kevin F. Duffy, deceased, Valerie J. Duffy a/k/a Valerie J. Swimline a/k/a Valerie Swimline, Brian Andrew Duffy, Donald Swimline, Jennifer L. Brandon, Kevin F. Duffy, Jr., Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Woodlawn Lakes Subdivision Association, Inc., are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the August 8, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
