NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2019, and entered in Case No. 53-2018-CA-004665 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, Or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against Thurman Prince, deceased, Donald Prince, Jimmy Johnson, Linda Grantham, Thurman Prince III, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Wesley Brown, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the August 6, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
