TRUST 2006-HE8 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE8 is the Plaintiff, and JAMES FANNIN; PAMELA FANNIN; SCENIC HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A MICHAEL MOUNT; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A FARAH MOUNT; are Defendants.
