NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018CA004874000000 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, as Trustee for HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED TRUST Series INABS 2007-A, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES Series INABS 2007-A, is Plaintiff and STEPHEN R. GREENWOOD A/K/A STEPHEN R. GREENWOOD SR.; AMY T. GREENWOOD, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders for via online at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 6th day of August, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, INDIAN HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
