Final Judgment was awarded on June 6, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2018CA004123000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-8 is the Plaintiff, and ROBERT B. SIMS; LINDA K. SIMS; IMPERIALAKES COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATION I, INC.; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk. realforeclose.com on August 6, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 154, IMPERIALAKES PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 63, PAGES 43 THRU 45, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
