ANZUALDA A/K/A SUSANA FERNANDEZ ANZUALDA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUSANA F. ANZUALDA A/K/A SUSANA FERNANDEZ ANZUALDA N/K/A RONALD ECHALAR; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA; DEVONSHIRE MANOR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
