NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 9, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-002869 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee for Bosco Credit V Trust Series 2012-1, is the Plaintiff and Deborah G. Merritt a/k/a Debbie G. Merritt, Equitable Ascent Financial LLC f/k/a Hilco Receivables LLC, and Calvary SPV I, LLC are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM EST on the 8 day of August 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
