NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 3, 2019, and entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-003050-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-10CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-10CB (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ELENA ROUBICEK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELENA ROUBICEK; PATRICIA A. THRELKELD; PATRICIA A. THRELKELD, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF SHAYNE WILLIAM MURRAY; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court for COLLIER, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Lobby on the Third FLOOR of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 8th day of August, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 165 FEET OF TRACT 61, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 87, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 26, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
