NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment Order dated July 8, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2019-CA-000558-0001-XX in Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA14, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA14, Plaintiff and POSITANO PLACE AT NAPLES I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; POSITANO PLACE AT NAPLES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; MELISSA M. CAFFEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MELISSA M.
