NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 6, 2019 and entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-003589-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-2, is Plaintiff and THOMAS E. MURPHY; LYNNE B. MURPHY; HERITAGE GREENS SINGLE FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CLUB HOMES IV AT HERITAGE GREENS ASSOCIATION, INC.; HERITAGE GREENS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, the Office of Crystal K. Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 8th day of August, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 100, BLOCK B, HERITAGE GREENS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 78 TO 94, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Street Address: 1991 MORNING SUN LANE, NAPLES, FLORIDA 34119
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
