Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 19, 2019, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
LOT 11, MAPLE RIDGE AT AVE MARIA PHASE 3, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 41 THROUGH 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5263 FERRARI AVE, AVE MARIA, FL 34142; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112., on August 8, 2019 at 11:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
