Rushing clerk of the circuit court at public sale will sell to the highest bidder for cash conducted via internet at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com on August 14, 2019 at 9:00 a.m., the following property in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 89, of Green Manor Estates, Unit 3, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 7-7A of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE FINAL JUDGMENT AND FORECLOSURE SALE MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
