AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RUTH T. CONNELL, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; VILLAGE INTERNATIONAL CONDOMINIUM, INC.; COLONIAL BANK, N.A.; DIANE LUBERTO; SCOTT R. CONNEL; BRIAN V. TORMEY; ERIN T. EISENBACH; BARRY J. CONNELL; CYNTHIA R. TORMEY are the Defendant(s). CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 3 IN VILLAGE INTERNATIONAL CONDOMINIUM, INC., A CONDOMINIUM ALL AS SET OUT IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1008, AT PAGE 1701, AND AMENDMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1024, AT PAGE 573, AND AMENDMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1629, PAGE 1202; AND AS DESCRIBED BY THE PLANS THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 40-41, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.. THE ABOVE DESCRIPTION AND CONVEYANCE INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO ALL APPURTENANCES TO CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 3 ABOVE DESCRIBED, TOGETHER WITH ALL IMPROVEMENTS THEREON AND TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE AFORESAID CONDOMINIUM PERTINENT TO SAID UNIT.
