NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30, 2019, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-007145, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2005-4 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4, is Plaintiff and BLACK POINT ASSETS, INC., AS TRUSTEE OF THE 10421 FLY FISHING STREET LAND TRUST DATED MARCH 1, 2015; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 10421 FLY FISHING STREET LAND TRUST DATED MARCH 1, 2015; CARMEN MILLAN A/K/A CARMEN H. MILLAN; SUNTRUST BANK; SUNTRUST BANK, A GEORGIA CORPORATION; BOYETTE CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 27TH day of AUGUST, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 43, BLOCK F, BOYETTE CREEK PHASE 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 94, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
