NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 17-CA-000198 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF10 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF TONI MEYER A/K/A ANTONETTE MEYER, DECEASED; THOMAS MEYER; UNITED GUARANTY RESIDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH CAROLINA; PEBBLE CREEK VILLAGE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; PORTOFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC; LVNV FUBNDING, LLC, AS ASSIGNEE OF CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS, INC. PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 21st day of August, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 105, PEBBLE CREEK VILLAGE UNIT 2A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE(S) 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
