YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage and re-establish a lost or destroyed promissory note regarding the following real property in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 28, Township 28 South, Range 19 East, run thence East 30 feet, thence South 1121 feet for a point of beginning of tract herein conveyed, thence South 75 feet, thence East 190 feet to the banks of Hillsborough River, thence in a Northeasterly direction along the bank of the Hillsborough River to a point which is 225.8 feet East of the point of beginning of tract herein conveyed, thence West to point of beginning of tract herein conveyed. Said property lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to it within thirty (30) days after the date of the first publication of this notice on Horace A. Knowlton IV, Esq, Plantiffs' attorney, whose address is 805 W. Azeele Street, Tampa, Florida 33606 and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on the Plantiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complant or petition.
