YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following property in Hillsborough County, Florida:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NO. 71 BEDFORD CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2715, PAGE 920 AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 26, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO,
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Scott W. Fitzpatrick, Esquire, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Owens Law Group, P.A., 811 Cypress Village Blvd., Ruskin, Florida 33573, on or before Aug 27th 2019, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
