NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-002641 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Janice Mandese, is the Plaintiff and Richard S. Higgins and Hillsborough County and State of Florida are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder or best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on August 1, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 51, Block 6, ALAFIA ESTATES, Unit A, Sheet No. 1, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 14, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. Together with Mobile Home more specifically described as follows: 1996 ADMI ID# GMHGA 1089610236A & GMHGA 1089610236B.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
