NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 30, 2019 in Civil Case No. 12-011809-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and BARBARA O. KIRBY; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF DAVID W. KIRBY, DECEASED; CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; BARBARA O. KIRBY, NATURAL GUARDIAN OF KIRK KIRBY, PRESUMPTIVELY A MINOR; BARBARA O. KIRBY, NATURAL GUARDIAN OF NATHAN KIRBY, PRESUMPTIVELY A MINOR are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on July 31, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13 AND THE EAST 10 FEET OF LOT 14, WALDOMAR GROVES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 19 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
