NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 28th day of June, 2019, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of August, 2019 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:

Book 5688, Page 940, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; Together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and amended in O.R. Book 5698, Page 1286 and Plat Book 74, Pages 9 through 22, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
