TO: All parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest by, through under or against Defendants, REBECCA A. VARES n/k/a REBECCA A. VARES-EBERT and JAMES C. VARES, II whose addresses are 390 Garretson Road, Bridgewater, NJ 08807 and 69 Burholme Drive, Trenton, NJ 08691, respectively, in the following property:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City of Tarpon Springs has filed its Verified Foreclosure Complaint in the above-named court to foreclose on a Code Enforcement Board Lien and a utility lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
The West 37 1/2 feet of Lot 1 and all of Lot 2, J.K. CHEYNEY'S SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 51, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.

In addition to the amounts set in the foregoing schedule, interest and penalties, as provided by law, on such delinquent liens, together with a proportionate part of the costs and expenses of this suit, are sought to be enforced and foreclosed in this suit.
You are hereby notified to appear and make your defenses to said Verified Foreclosure Complaint on or before the 19th day of August, 2019 (four weeks from date of publication), and if you fail to do so on or before said date the Verified Foreclosure Complaint will be taken as confessed by you and you will be barred from thereafter contesting said suit, and said respective parcels of land will be sold by decree of said court for non-payment of said liens and interest and penalties thereon and the costs of this suit.
