LOT 9, BLOCK A, GRAND VIEW TERRACE ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 92 PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3909 GROVE ST S, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33705; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on September 10, 2019 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
