NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 18, 2019 in Civil Case No. 18-001024-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LEINORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF CARA D. COOPER, DECEASED; LULA GRANT; JAMES LEONARD COOPER; THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE U.S. SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, AN AGENCY; WAYNE HOWELL COOPER; MARIETTA JOYCE COOPER; NEIGHBORHOOD ASSISTANCE CORPORATION OF AMERICA; CITY OF CLEARWATER; CLERK OF THE COURT PINELLAS COUNTY; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; AMBER S. ROWAND; FELICIA L. CURRINGTON are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on August 6, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK E, FIRST ADDITION TO MCVEIGH SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
