NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 2, 2019, and entered in 16-005234-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTER ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2006-OA2 MORTGAGE PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA2 is the Plaintiff and CHRISTINE EHLY; JONATHAN P. EHLY are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 28, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, OVERLOOK DRIVE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE 4, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
