NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 20, 2018 in Civil Case No. 13-003536-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and LEE H. LESTER, JR., ET. AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of August, 2019 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The West 75 feet of Lot 19 and the East 25 feet of Lot 18, Block 21, MAXIMO MOORINGS UNIT TWO according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 49, Pages 38 and 39, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
