NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2019, and entered in 17-001250-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P. is the Plaintiff and A. WOLFE ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF A. WOLFE N/K/A KEN WOLFE; RICHARD A. SIKORSKI; SANDACRES PROPERTIES, LLC; WALKER-WHITNEY PLAZA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TAXPOL CORPORATION; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; SEMINOLE SQUARE APARTMENTS NO. II ASSOCIATION are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 28, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 15069, PAGE 341, ET SEQ., AS AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 15891, PAGE 1663, ET SEQ. AND SECOND AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 15981, PAGE 2139, ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
