WOLFE ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF A. WOLFE N/K/A KEN WOLFE; RICHARD A. SIKORSKI; SANDACRES PROPERTIES, LLC; WALKER-WHITNEY PLAZA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TAXPOL CORPORATION; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; SEMINOLE SQUARE APARTMENTS NO. II ASSOCIATION are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 28, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 15069, PAGE 341, ET SEQ., AS AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 15891, PAGE 1663, ET SEQ. AND SECOND AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 15981, PAGE 2139, ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
