NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order granting Motion to Cancel and Reset Foreclosure Sale dated April 15, 2019, entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-016418-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for HSI Asset Securitization Corporation Trust 2007-WF1 is the Plaintiff and Gregory L. Sokol; Lynette S. Sokol; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the herein named individual defendant(s) who Are Not Known to Be Dead or Alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Surrey Ridge Community Association, Inc.; Complete Interiors, Inc are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 13th day of August, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A PORTION OF LOT 3, SURREY RIDGE , AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 58 AND 59, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 3: THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 24 MINUTES 14 SECONDS WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 3, A DISTANCE OF 55.00 FEET: THENCE 00 DEGREES 35 MINUTES 46 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 100.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 17 DEGREES 52 MINUTES 14 SECONDS EAST A DISTANCE OF 37.17 FEET TO A POINT ON THE RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF CANONERO COURT; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE BEING CONCAVE TO THE NORTHEAST, HAVING A RADIUS 50.00 FEET, A DELTA OF 23 DEGREES 41 MINUTES 02 SECONDS, ALONG AN ARC LENGTH OF 20.67 FEET ALONG SAID RIGHT - OF -WAY LINE: THENCE SOUTH 35 DEGREES 48 MINUTES 13 SECONDS EAST, 39.58 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 35 MINUTES 46 SECONDS WEST, 105.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
