NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 3, 2019, entered in Case No. 482018CA006566A001OX of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Indenture Trustee for the registered Noteholders of Renaissance Home Equity Loan Trust 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Levi Marcus Smith a/k/a Levi M. Smith a/k/a Levi Smith a/k/a Levi Marcs Smith a/k/a Levi Marus Smith, Deceased; Jacqueline Ocasio, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Levi Marcus Smith a/k/a Levi M. Smith a/k/a Levi Smith a/k/a Levi Marcs Smith a/k/a Levi Marus Smith, Deceased; Johnathan Levi Smith, a minor child by and through his natural Guardian and Mother Jacqueline Ocasio; Isaiah Marcus Smith, a minor child by and through his natural Guardian and Mother Jacqueline Ocasio; Jacqueline Ocasio; Southport Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 19th day of August, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 49, BLOCK 13 OF VILLAGES OF SOUTHPORT PHASE 1E, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 113 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
